Rice has played a very important role as a staple food and skin care ingredient in Korean history. In the Joseon Dynasty, rice bran water was used like the toner of today, and was called Beauty Water. Rice bran is rich in amino acids and minerals, helping to moisturize dry skin.
2% Alpha-Arbutin
Alpha-Arbutin works by inhibiting the tyrosinase activity that limits the melanin production in your skin. It is also known to have a 10 times greater effect than regular Beta-Arbutin.
What skin types can use it?
Suitable for all skin types. In particular, it is designed for concerns about dull skin tone and pigmentation. Since your skin may react sensitively to alpha arbutin if you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to perform a patch test before use.
