Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

 

Shipping Within the United States

  • Shipping Cost: Starting at $6.99.
  • Shipping Carrier: USPS.
  • Handling Time: 1-3 days (Monday–Sunday).
  • Transit Time: 5-8 days (Monday–Sunday).

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 7 PM EST typically ship the same day.
  • Final cut-off for order processing: 9 AM–7 PM EST (GMT-05:00).

Store Pickup

  • Location:

  • Pickup Hours:
    9 AM–7 PM daily.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for addresses within 30 miles of our shop.

How to Select Local Delivery:

  • During checkout, enter your address and select the "Local Delivery" option.
  • If this option is not visible, your address is not eligible for local delivery.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Orders placed before 7 AM will be delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after 7 AM will be delivered the next business day.
  • Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information

 

Returns and Refunds

At Top Shop Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here are the details of our policy:

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process: Refunds will cover the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
