At Top Shop Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item. Below are the details of our policy:
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, first return the original item by following our return process.
Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Conditions for EU returns:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Delayed Refunds:
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
